Ingredients:
1 lb. lamb stew meat
1 package cherry or grape tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1 medium yellow squash
1 medium zucchini
2 tbsp of olive oil (for coating meat and veggies)
Shawarma seasoning or Mom’s lamb seasoning (recipe on website)
8 presoaked kabob sticks
Directions:
Pre-heat grill. Cut up onion, squash, and zucchini into ¼-inch cubes. Assemble kabobs alternating stew meat, onion, tomato, squash and zucchini. Spray with olive oil, then coat with seasoning of choice. Place kabobs on grill and cook until veggies and lamb are cooked to desired tenderness and temperature (at least 145 degrees).
Let rest for 10 minutes, then enjoy
Ingredients:
1 leg of lamb (bone in or boneless)
2 tbsp of olive oil
Lamb seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place leg of lamb on a pan, cover it with the olive oil and lamb seasoning. Cover pan with foil, bake for 15 minutes per lb. Let rest for 15-30 minutes, then cut and serve
Ingredients:
1lb. of ground lamb
1 egg
½ cup of breadcrumbs
2 tsp of horseradish
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of ketchup or BBQ sauce
Directions:
For meatloaf, preheat oven to 350 F.
For burgers, either preheat grill, or have a pan on stovetop ready to preheat
Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties or loaf.
For loaf, put it in a pan, for about 45 minutes, until it has an internal temperature of 160 F. Let rest for about 15 minutes.
For patties, place on either the preheated grill or pan, cook until internal temperature is about 160 F (more for well done, less for rare). Serve immediately.

1lb ground lamb
Taco seasoning (either packaged or homemade)
1 tsp olive oil
¼ c water
Either tortillas, hard taco shells, or chips
Desired toppings (cheese, salsa, sour cream, tomato,
onions, peppers, Spanish rice, black beans, etc.)
Directions:
Prep desired toppings, taco shells/wraps/chips and set aside. Cook ground lamb in pan until browned, then add water and seasonings. Then cook until seasoning is completely incorporated with the meat.
For burritos assemble meat, cheese, toppings, roll the burrito, and heat up on a pan until the outside is lightly browned.
For the nachos, assemble and cook in
oven at 350 F for 10-15 minutes. For tacos, assemble.
(enough for 5lbs of lamb)

1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3-5 cloves of minced garlic
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Note: This seasoning can be stored in an airtight container
if you do not add in the minced garlic
